Clinician training and adoption package: close the gap between cleared and used

Regulatory clearance is permission to sell. This package builds physician confidence before they are in the room, with the only physical anatomical training fixture no pure animation studio can offer.

Regulatory clearance is permission to sell. Adoption requires something else: a physician who has seen exactly how the device works and trusts what they will find when they use it.

Most companies hand reps a brochure and a product video. The video shows the device. The brochure lists the indications. Neither one puts a surgeon through the procedure before they are in the OR. Confidence comes from seeing it, not reading about it.

This package closes that gap with a step-by-step surgical technique video built to the accuracy standards your clinical team requires, a patient education piece that handles the conversation in the exam room, and the option to put a physical anatomical model in a surgeon's hands before the first case. That last part is what separates this from anything a generalist studio can build.

  • Surgical technique video, step by step (2 to 4 min)
  • Patient education video (90 sec, plain language)
  • Device handling and setup animation
  • LMS-ready export formats included
  • Two revision rounds, included in the price
  • Anatomical fixture from your DICOM files (+$2 to 4k) optional add-on

The DICOM fixture add-on is segmented from your actual patient imaging data, not generic anatomy. It is the only training deliverable that gives a surgeon something physical to hold before the first case.

What makes the anatomical fixture different from a standard training model?

Most training models are generic anatomy, the same phantom a medical school uses. Our fixtures are segmented from your patient's actual CT or MRI data using DICOM files, then converted to a print-ready STL. The result is a physical model of the specific anatomy your device is designed for. A sales rep can hand a surgeon a model of the relevant anatomy alongside the animation of the procedure. No pure animation studio can offer that combination.

Can the surgical technique video be used in an LMS or accredited training program?

Yes. We deliver LMS-ready formats as standard in this package, including MP4 optimized for web embedding, ProRes for broadcast-quality distribution, and still-frame chapter markers on request. If your training program is seeking CME or CE accreditation, tell us at the start of the project so we can account for the documentation and accuracy requirements those programs require.

What if the procedure changes after the video is delivered?

Because TramBauer archives all source files and 3D assets, updates to a surgical technique video are significantly less expensive than starting over. If a step is revised, a component changes, or a new indication is cleared, we work from the existing scene file and update only what changed. This is one of the core reasons the training package generates the most repeat business of any package we offer.

Adoption does not happen on its own.

The gap between a cleared device and a confident surgeon is almost always education. This package closes it.
