The problem we solve
You cleared the hardest regulatory hurdle in medicine. What happens next determines whether the market meets you or ignores you.
Most companies scatter their launch across freelancers, internal teams, and last-minute scrambles. The result is a visual story that looks pieced together, because it is. Sales reps show one video, the trade show booth runs another, and the website has something different again. None of it feels like the same device.
This package gives you a single creative relationship and a single brief. Every deliverable is built from the same source files, the same visual language, and the same understanding of your device. That coherence is what makes a launch feel like a launch rather than a collection of assets.
What is included
- Full MOA or surgical technique video (90 to 120 sec)
- Trade show loop, 60 sec, no narration needed
- 30-sec social and website cutdown
- Product visualization renders (8 to 12 images)
- Sales leave-behind (animated PDF or HTML)
- All source files and full usage rights
- Two revision rounds, included in the price
All deliverables are built from shared source files, so every channel tells the same visual story. Source files are archived for future updates, indication expansions, and the next generation of your device.
Common questions
Why does the package include a trade show loop separately from the main video?
The main video is built for an attentive audience: a board room, a sales meeting, a conference presentation. A trade show loop runs on a booth screen with no sound and no presenter. They need to do different jobs, so they are built differently. Combining them into one file is the most common mistake we see from companies showing up to a trade show.
Can we add more deliverables to the Launch Ready package?
Yes. The package covers the core launch suite. If you need additional language versions, extended cuts for LMS training, or a DICOM-sourced anatomical fixture for your sales reps, those can be scoped as add-ons. We talk through the full launch picture in the first conversation so nothing important gets left out.
What if our device launches before the package is finished?
We plan backward from your launch date, not forward from when it is convenient to start. If your timeline is tight, tell us in the first conversation. We will tell you honestly what is achievable and where to prioritize if something has to be phased.
